Hierzu wurde am Institut für Prozessrechentechnik, Automation und Robotik (IPR) der Universität Karlsruhe (TH) ein zweistufig arbeitendes, optisches Verfahren entwickelt: Durch die Kombination von fotogrammetrischen und interferometrischen moirébasierten Methoden gelingt dabei eine kontinuierlich ablaufende Positionsauflösung von 5 μm bei einer Wiederholgenauigkeit von 0,1 μm. | |
