   <subfield code="a">Properties of oxygen-free copper with a microadditive of yttrium and without it are studied after vacuum induction remelting. The ingots are subjected to intense hot pressing and subsequent rolling to various degrees of reduction. The effects of the annealing temperature on the structure and of the anisotropy of the structure on the strength properties of the copper are determined. The properties of copper with an additive of yttrium and without it are compared.</subfield>
