   <subfield code="a">Conclusions: 1. Bronze alloyed with titanium and cerium is more sensitive to contamination by oxygen and carbon than master alloy Br013. 2. On alloying the bronze with titanium (up to 0.7-1%) and cerium (up to 0.1%) there is almost no change in the temperature for the start of recrystallization. However, these additions slow down the occurrence of total recrystallization throughout the mass of the metal (at 450-500°C for unalloyed bronze and 500-600°C for alloyed bronze after soaking for 1 h) and grain growth with an increase in temperature and annealing duration. 3. In order to obtain a uniform fine-grained structure, to avoid dendrite liquation of tin and alloying elements, and to level out their distribution throughout the mass of the metal, cold working is necessary with reduction of 40-60% followed by annealing at 600-750°C for 1-24 h.</subfield>
