   <subfield code="a">Nano indium oxide is an effective heterogeneous catalyst for the reaction between aryl cyanamides and sodium azide to synthesize the arylaminotetrazoles in good yields. This method has advantages of high yields, simple methodology, short reaction times and easy work-up. The catalyst can be recovered and reused in good yields. Graphical Abstract The arylaminotetrazoles were efficiently synthesized from the reaction of cyanamides and sodium azide in the presence of a catalytic amount of the nano In2O3. 1-Aryl-5-amino-1H-tetrazoles (B isomers) can be obtained from the arylcyanamides carrying electron releasing substituents on the aryl ring, while with the electron withdrawing groups, 5-arylamino-1H-tetrazoles (A isomers) are obtained.</subfield>
