| 520 | 3 | |a Zusammenfassung: Hintergrund: In den vergangenen Jahren hat sich die Leitstelle von einer Alarmzentrale hin zu einem vollwertigen Glied der Überlebenskette entwickelt. Methode: Recherche und Auswertung aktueller Literatur. Ergebnisse: Die standardisierte, symptomorientierte Notrufabfrage mit dem Medical Priority Dispatch System© (MPDS©) ist nicht nur ein effektives Instrument für die Telefonreanimation, sondern sammelt auch wissenschaftlich verwertbare Daten für Forschung und Ausbildung. So verfügt z.B. der Ärztliche Leiter Rettungsdienst (ÄLRD) über umfassende Kennzahlen für das notfallmedizinische Qualitätsmanagement (QM) und die Erstellung der Ausrückeordnung. Im QM der Leitstelle können objektive Fallbewertungen durchgeführt werden, was auch für die Beschwerdebearbeitung von großem Vorteil ist. | |
