| 520 | 3 | |a Zusammenfassung: Psychiatrische Notfälle machen über 10 % der im Rettungsdienst versorgten Patienten aus. Die Versorgung dieser Notfälle im präklinischen Setting stellt den Notarzt und das Rettungsteam vor besondere Herausforderungen und führt oft zu Verunsicherung, insbesondere bei akuter Eigen- oder Fremdgefährdung oder fehlender Kooperation des Patienten. Die diagnostische Einordnung und Behandlungsplanung basiert präklinisch auf dem Erkennen bestimmter Konstellationen psychischer Symptome. Das vertrauensvolle und wertschätzende ärztliche Gespräch spielt eine wichtige Rolle und reicht oft aus, um eine Abwendung akuter Gefahr und die Bereitschaft zur fachpsychiatrischen Vorstellung zu erreichen. In die Anamnese müssen eigene Beobachtungen und die Fremdanamnese einbezogen werden. Wird eine Medikation benötigt, sind Benzodiazepine die Medikamente der Wahl. Es kann notwendig werden, die Polizei hinzuzuziehen und freiheitsentziehende Maßnahmen anzuwenden. | |
