| 520 | 3 | |a Zusammenfassung: Ein 54-jähriger Mann stellte sich mit seit 6Wochen bestehender chronischer Diarrhö und einem Gewichtsverlust von 11kg nach Thailandaufenthalt vor. Es lag eine dem Patienten seit 9Jahren bekannte, bisher nicht behandelte und fortgeschrittene HIV-Erkrankung vor. Die Therapie einer im Verlauf diagnostizierten Shigellose und Strongyloidose führte zu keiner Symptombesserung. Nach Koloskopie wurde schließlich eine Zytomegalieviruskolitis diagnostiziert. Unter antiretroviraler Therapie und Therapie mit Valganciclovir kam es schnell zu einer Befundbesserung. Als weitere opportunistische Erkrankung wurde eine multiresistente pulmonale Tuberkulose nachgewiesen. | |
