Damit war die Einstufung als Hochrisikoschwangerschaft gerechtfertigt. Aufgrund der möglichen Komplikationen war eine engmaschige Überwachung der Schwangeren und des Kindes mit klinischer Untersuchung, Labordiagnostik und Sonographie durch Internisten und Gynäkologen notwendig. Die bestehende Hydroxychloroquin-Medikation wurde fortgeführt und um eine Thromboseprophylaxe mit einem niedermolekularen Heparin ergänzt. | |
