| 520 | 3 | |a Zusammenfassung: Operationsziel: Verlängerung der lateralen Säule des Fußes zur Adduktion des Vorfußes und Aufrichtung des Längsgewölbes. Stabilisierung des Sprunggelenkkomplexes. Indikationen: Korrigierbarer Pes planovalgus et abductus (Tibialis-posterior-Sehnendysfunktion StadiumII). Mediale Instabilität des oberen Sprunggelenks (OSG, oberflächliches Ligamentum deltoideum/"spring ligament"). Posttraumatische Valgus- und Abduktusfehlstellung des Fußes. Kontraindikationen: Rigider Pes planovalgus et abductus (Tibialis-posterior-Sehnendysfunktion StadiumIII und IV). Coalitio talocalcanearis oder naviculocalcanearis. Arthrose des Kalkaneocuboidgelenks. Operationstechnik: Exposition des Kalkaneus auf Höhe des Sinus tarsi. Osteotomie und Spreizen derselben, bis die gewünschte Korrektur erreicht ist. Einsetzen eines Knochenspans. Schraubenfixation. Weiterbehandlung: Ruhigstellung im Gips während 6Wochen. Belastung von Beginn nach Maßgabe der Schmerzen. Ergebnisse: In der überwiegenden Mehrheit Teil der Rückfußrekonstruktion. Zuverlässige und stabile Korrektur. Wenige Komplikationen. | |
