520 3 |a Biliary strictures and masses are commonly a result of cholangiocarcinoma. However, there are several congenital, infectious, inflammatory, autoimmune, iatrogenic, and neoplastic etiologies that should also be considered in the differential diagnosis. Knowledge of the key imaging and clinical findings will aid in facilitating the diagnosis and treatment.
